•Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
•Items must be returned in the original Ceyora package box.
 
Return Process
1.Email info@ceyoracolombo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
2.Once approved, we will provide return instructions and arrange a free return pickup through Ceyora Shipping or our trusted courier partner.
3.Ensure the item is securely packed in the original Ceyora box for collection.
 
Refunds
•After we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the refund status.
•If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or a customer-requested payment method, as specified during the return request.
•Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days, excluding any original delivery charges.
 
Damaged or Incorrect Items
•If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
•We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
